You can take any plastic grocery bag (target, walmart, etc. also) to your local grocery store. They usually have a recycle bin out front. They also take any clean plastic bags marked as #4 plastic.
AS for any other plastic bags (unmarked or #’s other than 4), I personally haven’t found any source that recycles them. I just keep them and reuse them.
